no i'm not saying your wrong, mind you i have only had my brokage account since '09 but the reason i said what i did is because a lot of companies like nak who we know is not genrating any revenue from production have a nice market cap and i'm not sure the purpose of R\S. the only time companies do that is to push up the price. now i own a company called ondine medical i use to own 35000 shares at $0.04 there was a reverse split 1:15 now i own 2333 shares $0.75 same value. now the company said they did it to promote the stock and get the share price moving all that happened so far is the stock trading lower, so i'm thinking in our case the stock might move so high on the potential of our claims that the company might issue more shares to keep the price reasonable like a lot of large cap companies. berkshire hathaway for instance. the B shares use to sell for over $2000 dollar warren buffet and the company decided a R\S was nessesary even though he didn't really want to do it and now it trade for $70-$80. make more affordable for more investors
