CXAC was named in the original complaint resulting in individual clearing houses opting not to engage in trades(buys) of the stock. This happened one by one with Zecco being one of the last houses that declared a hold on any CXAC buys. Even though the company appeared to be innocent of any wrong doing, this is a moot point to the trading houses. They simply suspended trading until the issue was resolved to the point where they felt safe again engaging in the stock being traded...but then the DTCC stopped clearing any CXAC buys altogether. But you probably knew all this since you have been around this board for quite some time. I wrote it as an update to any new followers.
