Mark - The Salt Lake City Visitors and Convention Bureau doesn't agree with you - why don't you take it up with them? For hotel occupancy to be up 148% they would have had to be under 40% occupancy previously and now at 100%. Simple math. And yes, I have spent a lot of time in Utah - my ex was born and raised there. You proved my point about the cost to the taxpayers - that new highway system and equipment wasn't paid for by Coca Cola. All of those places you mentioned have had excellent growth long before the Olympics.
