I'm willing to wait and see what happens with this one. You are correct, there is a SIGNED JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT and we need to put that in perspective. I don't know what is entailed with the transfer of large sums of money IRT this agreements, especially when this transfer is an overseas one, but I would guess it isn't as easy as transfering money from my checking to my saving account. However, I still think that many non-longs will make a run for the exits; this is the nature of the beast when dealing with pinky's. Again, I hope I wrong.
