I have a different take on it we were all looking for two things the confirmation of a signed agreement and the money transfer. Of the two knowing there is a SIGNED AGEEMENT is far more important. I have worked in the banking business and I know no one will let a dime go anywhere until everything is perfect and I also know there is a mile of red tape for everything so something "Unexpected " is normal
