i long ago asked mgmt why that next level isn't given
and have been told the same thing every time i asked

there is a cost difference that they pay for this service
from memory it runs approx 7k per year

7k that in mgmt's eyes is better spent elsewhere .. again
calls into EXPO can get this info answered .. if interested

They could release the info on the bottom of their filings or on their website and guess what...it is free. the cost issue is null and void.
