i know i'm gonna regret even asking
but what do you mean by issued?

Guardian Registrar will not give out the number of EXPH shares issued

.

there is an AS (which i liken to a line of credit)
there there is the OS (shares outstanding which
are ISSUED by the TA)

the AS changes out of NV (after co. informs SOS)
then
the OS changes out of TA (after co. informs TA)
because
the shares are ISSUED BY THE TA

what we don't have *determined* and to my knowledge
hasn't been since mgmt has been with this TA (firm)

is what
shares are the float vs. those that are *restricted*

i long ago asked mgmt why that next level isn't given
and have been told the same thing every time i asked

there is a cost difference that they pay for this service
from memory it runs approx 7k per year

7k that in mgmt's eyes is better spent elsewhere .. again
calls into EXPO can get this info answered .. if interested
