Manipulation to paint higher???? I'm confused. Someone just posted they had a buy order in for .045 and got filled at .035 and you think that is someone trying to paint it higher???? Sounds more like manipulation to paint it lower. But then I didn't think a stock could be manipulated on the Grey sheets??????????????????????
