January 11: RMD Entertainment Group (RMDM; www.rmdmgroup.com) obtained a new Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) number. RMDM's new CUSIP number is 76969 M 506. The CUSIP number consists of a combination of nine characters, both letters and numbers, which act as a sort of DNA for the security and uniquely identifies the company or issuer and the type of security. With 2010 behind RMDM and the no stock split until the end of 2010 promise fulfilled, management may be posturing to complete a stock reversal.
