Most crude is delivered from the production wells to the refineries and back to the bulk storage facilities thru pipelines. There is a huge network of interstate pipelines that can move a wide variety of products from point a to b faster safer and more cost effective than trucks or trains. A bulk storage facility might be a good use for that six acres. I don't know where the nearest facility is but I do know all those rigs for drilling and equipment to do the site work and related other work with wells will need a lot of diesel and the houses and apartments for the workers will need heating oil and propane.
