JK, Good thought, but unfortunately there is no way...

at present to address any opinion to the BOD. From what we've been told, the "Ombudsman" who was supposed to be the shareholders' interface to the BOD, will now only pass through tightly defined accounting inquiries to the Audit Committee chaired by Mr. Roath.

It is apparent to me that Harry Campagna arbitrarily determines what comes to the general attention of the BOD (other than perhaps some accounting issues). Messrs. Camapagna and Roath, as members of the Compensation Committee, intentionally created the LTIP such that payouts would NOT depend on any uncontrollable variable such as stock performance.

Unfortunately, the chance of my opinion getting through to the full Board is nil. The inability of shareholders to communicate with IDCC's full BOD continues to be one of my pet peeves with this leadership group.

Curently, a shareholder's only interaction with IDCC's board requires his or her attendance at an Annual Meeting to make a brief, often unanswered, statement. That needs to change.
