No, and regarding all the comments on management's salaries,bonuses, rsus etc everyone is entitled to their view on what's proper. Some things can be sorted out here and some things can't and that's why I asked corp to go to Fagan for what he doesn't understand. Same thing goes for anyone else.

All the numbers and formulas their working with are provided by the company so Fagan should have all the answers.

We need to look at what's provided here and form our own opinions and move on. At times many of these opinions corp has afforded on compensation have been hammered on day in and day out which causes a lot of bad feelings amongst investors.

Now is a good time to stick together and try to find good reasons for other investors to share our interest in IDCC.
