the shares were BOUGHT from gene at a 30-50% discount. read the whole filing. clearly states that the shares were bought from the issuer.
know who the issuer or rcch's stock is?
rcch did NOT give anything away. gene dumped 2.1bil common shares at a 30-50% discount from the oipen market.
pretty sure it's called dilutition.
