Doesn't state how they acquired these shares and how many they acquired. If they aqcuired or obtain shares that were paid to them for IR then RCCH didnt sell them did he. Also if RCCH only GAVE them 500 million shares where did the other shares come from. I am excited about the SEC being here. Either way we will begin to find out what RCCH has done or hasn't.
