"drastic mistakes management and F&J made" - so, those issues are pretty clear?
"Now it's time to pound on compensation" - per Ronny's recent accounting explanation, it only recently became clear that the bonuses management granted themselves in 2004 (apparently for 2003 so-called accomplishments) were actually $11 MILLION and NOT the $7M (which already seemed very RICH to me, especially given all the setbacks and lack of accomplishments in 2003).
As this is NOW bonus season again at IDCC, we shareholders DESERVE a CLEAR statement from the company about the magnitude of bonuses to be granted by our self serving management team.
INSTEAD, we have Fagan fumlbing and not answering this question at the last RECENT CC (which LACK of an answer should CONCERN all of us at this time).
"What's next?" - it depends on the next actions by management that warrant either praise or scrutiny.
"Who[m] do you work for and what is your agenda?" - my only agenda is pro-IDCC and pro-shareholder alignment by our leadership, plain and simple. Nobody pays me to say anything about IDCC.
