The company that tested the mines have nothing to gain from acknowledging their involvement, but they would have something to lose if TTDZ was lying about their involvement. Unless they respond denying their work for TTDZ then no response really is more good then bad. Again they aren't benefiting by confirming, so why would they worry about responding unless they have something to gain/lose.
