It's an infallible paper trail, matrix.

If the first guy bends the rules all those who touch it in the daisy chain after him are co conspirators whether they think they are or not. The daisy chain breaks when the first guy hollers " Hole on thar a minute !! .. this ain't right ". If nobody blows the whistle and unregistered stock gets into circulation in the market place .. ALL of the daisy chainers including the broker are co conspirators. It is as simple as that.
