This is the Pinks, not the DOW. It's about friends, and secure relationships. Do I believe that Watson owns 50.1%, no I don't. Should the collective Officers own 50%, sure, I assume. It's about voting rights and frankly there can be 100 shares with 100X's the voting power, who knows. It would be interesting to see the restricted share list.

Most of the posts regarding that are off target IMO. But as with anything else, anything is possible.
