However, are you saying that he's incompetent then? Hard to believe that when you look at the names that have an interest in seeing ANX be successful.

I'm still sticking to the fact that the story is a longer term cycle than many "investors" have the patience for.

The only mistake I see is Adventrx believing that they didn't need better stability data for the prior filing of 530. In some ways even that could have been considered a "calculated" risk that failed. (If the FDA hadn't issued the rejection Adventrx would be getting an answer on the NDA right about now.)

I still think you'll get a little pop here on the FDA announcing a "Date Certain" for the requested meeting. Soon after that (3-6 months) I'd expect a NDA submission. In the meantime we'll get more clarification on the acquisition.

With the strong balance sheet it's hard to imagine news that causes the PPS to drop much from here, but the upside looks promising.
