OTC, so you just believe there's shinanigans going on with insiders shorting shares yet it's nothing you have any proof of. It's OK, we all have theories.
I don't believe thats the case (I also sincerely doubt that either Ace Greenberg,Jimmy Cayne, or Ralph Cioffi were shorting shares of Bear Stearns during Bears demise. - There are a number of reasons why they would have lost more from that exercise than they ever could have gained. If you want to learn more about those days in great detail I strongly recommend Alan Ross Sorkins, "To Big to Fail", Charlie Gasperino's "The Sellout", and particularly William D. Cohan's "House of Cards")
I just don't think that's what's happening here at all. Instead, I think it's just a matter of a very intelligent man, trainied in PRIVATE equity and Bio Tech, who's only 38 and is still in learning, albeit quickly, but still learning none-the-less.
It's pretty obvious to me that if BMC can build a top 20 Bio-tech firm out of Adventrx in the next ten years, no one will care to remember what happened from 2006-2011.
I'm wating to see what happens when the FDA sdets a "date certain" for the meeting to discuss the 514 submission. I'm also trying to figure out if progress has or has not been made with respect to the 514 stability data to date.
