However, are you saying that he's incompetent then?

Absolutely not. I beleive him to be very talented, both as a research physician and as a businessman. I am saying that his particular agenda may not coincide with the best interest of investors that take long positions in ANX. In fact, I have come to realize that I have no clue what his agenda is.

I understand that they haven't begun the stability testing on 514 yet. They are waiting until after the FDA meeting to see if they need to do additional tests. So it's going to be 15 months at a minimum before we can begin to anticipate an NDA for 514, probably much longer IMO.

Regarding the new offering: unless I missed it, the cash (now about $53M) isn't pledged to the target company. This was a stock swap. Are they establishing a reserve of $15m for the Phase III expenses?

If not, is there another acquisition unfolding? Why do they need all this cash? The burn rate is only $1.5 a quarter.

Maybe we'll get some answers today at the conference.

Come on you don't need to file sec fileings if your stock loaning shares out you still own the shares you collect a % on them its a tax discount you don't put it towards your income tax at all you still own the shares. Come on bearstern ceo was. Shorting his own company. Come let's think. Any time any thing go good with price they dump on us and dump on us anx is crashing back to 1 dollar range. And over all anx still a penny stock pre split. Facts are anx looks great on paper but has done more things to hurt shareholders then good. So anx is a paper champ

OTC, so you just believe there's shinanigans going on with insiders shorting shares yet it's nothing you have any proof of. It's OK, we all have theories.

I don't believe thats the case (I also sincerely doubt that either Ace Greenberg,Jimmy Cayne, or Ralph Cioffi were shorting shares of Bear Stearns during Bears demise. - There are a number of reasons why they would have lost more from that exercise than they ever could have gained. If you want to learn more about those days in great detail I strongly recommend Alan Ross Sorkins, "To Big to Fail", Charlie Gasperino's "The Sellout", and particularly William D. Cohan's "House of Cards")

I just don't think that's what's happening here at all. Instead, I think it's just a matter of a very intelligent man, trainied in PRIVATE equity and Bio Tech, who's only 38 and is still in learning, albeit quickly, but still learning none-the-less.

It's pretty obvious to me that if BMC can build a top 20 Bio-tech firm out of Adventrx in the next ten years, no one will care to remember what happened from 2006-2011.

I'm wating to see what happens when the FDA sdets a "date certain" for the meeting to discuss the 514 submission. I'm also trying to figure out if progress has or has not been made with respect to the 514 stability data to date.
