Not surprising at all on the 15 mil....could even be someone claiming "look the company is selling shares!".---some claiming to be "Longs" likely arent and some claiming not to be may indeed be....one should ALWAYS trade/invest on their own information and DD and disregard emotion----its very difficult making money when being ruled by emotion.
