Good work Howard. Excellent Letter! If you do get a response back, it'll likely be a "canned" reply stating the same thing Bly told you when you (it was you, right?) asked him to clarify the big discrepancy between the PR'd production rates and the actual DOG rates and that'll be...he is precluded from discussing it.
