Here is an email I sent to John Durbin, Chief Financial Officer TIV, a few days ago. I have received no reply.

John, as you know tiv stock has traded about 20 million shares in the last 11 days. That volume is unheard of for this company under the best of conditions. What investor or investors, knowing what has been made public by this company in the past and in the present could even contemplate over a ten million dollar investment into tiv. The selling certainly is understandable, but the buying??????

If the company management has absolutely no knowledge of what is the cause of this huge buying and are totally in the dark as to the reasoning behind such seemingly ill advised stock purchases, they should say so as soon as possible! With no statement from tiv, this would seem, in the minds of many, as some positive event which has happened with the leakage of that to specific buyers who were and are more than willing to plunk down such large dollars on that information which, if true, has not been made available to the stockholders or to the investment industry.
