He said everything is still on pace to be completed middle to end of jan, and ABSOLUTELY will be releasing a PR once it is finalized. He said that PR will contain a lot more indepth information as far as companies involved.

He also said he couldnt elaborate on other ventures they are pursuing, but that he hopes to have additional PR's before end of Jan on those events. He said he likes to get the PR's out as soon as he can to keep us in the loop"
