I've relistened to it, and you are correct, BUT there were a lot more pauses and hesitancy (IMHO) in a the short timeframe of his t-enox status reply than in his other replies.
I would not read too much into that aspect of his speech
I agree, as I have said elsewhere, a sure rise for MNTA is not not money in the bank yet, but Marth clearly doesn't have (or has been told not to use) the verbal swagger he not too long ago exhibited - for whatever reason.
