"Marth answered the m-enox question with a number of pauses and "ums."

I listened to Marth's presentation. While it can be sure he has stepped back from his previous "bullish" stance for tLovenox, the pauses and "um" seem to run through the whole presentation. I would not read too much into that aspect of his speech.
