Yes .. get it right.
Gene sold 2.1 BILLION unregistered RCCH shares at a deep deep discount of 30% to 50% being $0.00005 to $0.00007.
So far so good (other than Gene claiming to be selling shares in Private Placements at $1.50/share in emails).
Gene received $105,000 to $147,000 for those shares.
I hope he enjoyed spending the shareholders money.

Gendarme sells those shares in 2008 prior to their one year hold period being extinguished.
The one year hold would have come off sometime in late 2008 or early 2009 in any event.
Gendarme did the dirty.
But those shares would still have become free-trading ... they just did so earlier.
The SEC will disgorge the profits from the wrongdoers, Gendarme.

Moral of the Story .... Dilution kills the PPS.
