So lets get this right. The SEC tells the world that they have uncovered 2.1 billion shares of RCCH stock dumped into the market place, then the SEC tells the world, its like that and thats the way it is? If thats the case, then the SEC should tell every hedge and MM in the world just dump all the shares you want into RCCH and any other stock and dont worry about it because we got you cover? IMO This maybe part of the reason why people have left the market place in general. This is a good time for the SEC to show some teeth and make the corrects needed to restore trust in the markets. IMO
