In response to your PM, "Brandon" is Brandon Kelley -- who might be nobody of any significance at all or might be one of "those kids" referenced in one of nodummy's posts with connections to some of the promoters.

I suspect, but cannot prove, that the PDF author was also a very prolific poster on the SAEI board.

As I recall, that PDF looks an awful lot like some of the information that used to be in the Supatcha iBox, but I could be wrong.
