Not necessarily true. I put a sell order in for 25k shares at .015 (about a month ago) just to see what happens. I saw 4 partials (totaling 13K shares) that took about 4 hours to execute.

Still have the rest of my shares and i'm not selling - will probably add within the next couple of weeks if i can gobble anything up.
