The article that eveyone is referring to identifies "U.S. based IPWG." Maybe it was a mistake by the author, but people are not idiots for not figuring out that it was the British International Power. And for the record, I think Investor is wrong on this.
The supposed site is in Jizon which is on the West Coast of Saudi Arabia. If you go to the web site for the british company, the four electricity plants are located in Ras Tanura, Ju'aymah, Sheoim (sp?) and Uthmanizah. Look at the interactive map on their web site--these facilities are nowhere near Jizan.
Maybe the author got it wrong, but Investor's claim about everyone being a bunch of fools is a bit overreaching. The article is misleading at best and given the silence of the company and the general confusion that reigns around here, I think Investor should lighten up just a bit.
