first of all, it's not "the other ipwg" --- it's a british company --- international power plc. second, if you check their website, you'll see they have 4AT LEAST 4 energy plants in the tihama region of saudi arabia. jizan is also in the tihama region of saudi arabia.
i have no idea whether it is a wte facility --- just electrical - with salination. don't really care.
any intelligent person should/WOULD realize ipwg does not own a fully operational wte plant anywhere (yet).
maybe the author of the article confused not only ipplc with ipwg --- but also the energy plants owned by ipplc with a planned, but never constructed wte plant ipwg proposed back in 2006. AGAIN DON'T CARE !!!
MY POINT IS, TOO MANY PEOPLE RAN TO ACCUSE IPWG OF ILLEGAL/UNETHICAL CONDUCT --- WITHOUT EVEN THINNKING TWICE. AND OTHERS FALSELY CLAIMED IPWG OWNED A FULLY OPERATIONAL WTE PLANT IN SAUDI ARABIA --- AND YET CAN'T PAY THEIR BILLS. AND SHAME ON THEM !!!!!
