The usual is to illegally short the stock so the company can't survive? Of course that is entirely fabricated, but on the other hand, it would be doing nearly everyone a favor by eliminating another scam company.
"JDs tipping his hand at the CC". Now that truly is the funniest line ever! Can anyone think of anything he said specifically that came true? Anyone??? Anything??? But he tipped his hand that the company would survive did he. Must be those magical preferred shares again!
As far as what the company is worth, it is less than zero given the history of losses. If they liquidate everything they probably wouldn't even get close to zeroing out the losses for fy 2010.
Facts are certainly bothersome when trying to invent conspiracy theories, but I think few here would want to encourage others into buying this scam.
