fourkids : I completely understand what has passed for normal on the OTC which is grossly unsupervised by the SEC and to which the integrity of the OTC System is totally dependent on the actions of each member participant .

OTC stocks are manipulated ....well jumpin jack flash , THAT is a given as much as the sun rising in the east . The SEC forewarns of manipulation on the OTC but the SEC also states that it is entirely encumbent on EACH member participant on the OTC to
overcome that cesspool of manipulation by FILING and validating as much material information as possible .

EXPO has validated NOTHING which is the primary trigger for a cesspool of manipulation .

You continually refer to EXPO's eventual transparency as though the company has been victimized from being transparent at any time in the past . Good grief , fourkids , that defense of EXPO as a victim of their own lies is too ludicrous for words .

EXPO had no hesitations whatsoever in press releasing DOZENS of very false , very misleading , and very embellished news releases on the cesspool of manipulation OTC . That cesspool of manipulation occured BECAUSE of those false news releases . That cesspool of manipulation occured BECAUSE of the strong liklihood of EXPH insiders selling vast amounts of their converted Preferred Shares to Common Shares on the FALSE , MISLEADING , and EMBELLISHED news releases , and likely reaping millions of dollars in ill-gotten gains . EXPO wanted the cesspool of manipulation to drive EXPH's PPS , and they were extremely successful at driving the PPS to over .03 cents on their OWN CESSPOOL of FALSE news releases .

You betcha EXPH has been an ATM , fourkids ....an ATM for EXPO Holdings' insiders . It is incidental that retail and MM pariahs fed off of EXPO's original manipulations .

The EXPH carcass belongs to EXPO's rotten-to-the-core behaviors .
