ATPG; as far the difference between the two articles, it appears one is talking about new well drilling and the other is preexisting permits to drill or wells in the process of being drilled. ATPG spiked up today and after hours, somone knows something, this might be it. I actually expect ATPG to head back to 20 plus bucks right off as they ramp up production that was halted. Joe
