fyi .. i never bought EXPH shares at .03
i was too busy tracking MM PALC from friday
9/11/2009 to *shortly* after 11 am on 9/15/2009

i saw the turn happen *live* when exph's bid ask was
027/029 .. i knew what i was watching because i knew
that MM PALC had done less than 20M shares *total*
since they first *appeared* on EXPH's rt l2 a month b4

my first buy and only buy for approx 6+ months was in
aug 2008 .. subsequent buys (not that it's anyones' biz
but my own) were done based on specific events

for example .. after the july 2009 CC .. where i posted
that indeed JD had *tipped* his hand re: his co.s survivability

DCA'ing shares .. has almost always worked for moi .. given
my time frame .. but not always .. as i've said i've watched
a totally legit co. implode under a massive NSS .. it happens

that is part of my constant analysis and why i posted about
kendrick's *no show* at the SM .. imo he's not personalizing
anything .. and it's why i want to know if the new ceo's comp
pkg includes common or pref'd shares b4

there are at least 4 more bits of info i need b4 i make my
final decision .. but since imo *IF* taken private .. it's
not gonna happen for at minimum 4 months .. i have some time

btw .. if i do double my shares if exph is taken no bid
my CB goes to approx a little under .0005 .. i can live with that
risk and potential reward :)
