The question was 4kids, how can someone claim to DCA shares all the way from .03, to a low of .0001, and still have a profitable investment. It can't possibly happen unless there were cheaper shares available at some point in time.

What will you do with your .0001 fill when the company reverse splits? Is that a practical way to trade? DCA'ing shares all the way from .03 in hindsight was not very profitable, what makes you think .0001 shares will ever be?

let's see to keep it simple
i'll use one more NV SOS increase
b4 X (hypothetical) r/s done ? in 2011

so say NV SOS is 3.5B at the time of
say a 3500 for 1 r/s .. and i hold 35M

*caveat* all mgmt holds *common shares*
and as such shares the pain and the gain

presume the OS is maxed out to the AS

35M divided by 3500 = 10,000 shares
3.5B divided by 3500 = 1.000.000 shares

my expectation is very simple based on a few
facts .. *known* .. ETC exists and was developed
and tweaked for X b4 being successfully launched
on 9/15/2009 .. it's far easier to access capital
as a private entity today (at this level) than a
public one .. hence if ETC has a *home* with 100M
at full penetration .. i'm presuming it's 25M that
needs to be accessed to *fill that home* with ETC

mgmt planned to issue a cash div for ETC sor if they
were *able* to spin off as a private entity

my guess is those of us stay with expo and don't sell
if taken private post r/s will *garner* a cash div in
time .. (and i'm not presuming the week after either)

so presuming ETC hits full penetration with 100M and
the co.s SS is now 1M .. folks can do their own calcs
as to potential cash divs *generated* by expo holdings

one other reason why i'm so inclined to hang tight
imo mgmt fully understands that the *manipulation*
of their stock won't change with transparency .. but
what won't hurt it .. is to take private and let co.
*grow* .. in due course sans manipulation for a few
years .. SS *not rigged* and fins audited .. co. can
re uplist down the road .. this time to the amex or naz
with a *CLEAN* SS .. and due to 1M shares in the OS
to be *liquid* .. would most likely do a forward split
at a minimum of 1 for 15 .. so my 10,000 shares now
become 150,000 shares (OS is now 15.000.000 not 1M)

anyhow .. i just look at what i'd do if i ran things

i can speculate with the best of them .. but one thing
i'm not guessing on is ETC .. mgmt's integrity re: shares
sold .. none imo and the co.s ability to survive the BS
without a doubt in my mind :)

now you know why i'll be bid sitting when the next *frenzy*
hits and i'll double my shares if EXPH is taken no bid

the *box* works both ways .. imo 11/29 was a bear trap
resets have to be done b4 eow .. even if resets are done
ETMM TO ETMM .. (nothing new there) .. a few will intercept

but first things first .. here's to transparency in jan 2011
