lol, and I thought we were making progress...

I ask if something is concrete, you evade it by saying "Isolated no issue". Validation, the stack test, and the DEC approval and support is part of a whole. Blurting out "Isolated no issue" minimizes major factors in why JBI will be successful without providing substantive reasons as to why. Weak argument. Dismissing the product and validation by others in an offhand manor is like saying saying having the smoking gun, motive, and witness are isolated parts of a murder case but are not part of a whole, no substance to your logic.

Seriously-- you are attempting to take the chips of concrete (isolated non-issues for me-- I do not speak for anyone else but myself) to make the whole slab. Your connecting of dots through the whole process has gaps you are filling with "faith dynamics." This will not be settled until the exact content of feedstock is revealed.

Naysayers are constantly posting partial information on all sorts of P2O processors. Find an instance where a new company that provides P2O was introduced by longs. We end up responding to these posts because the information shown has never been balanced.

Well there is some revisionist history here. The board has come a long way from denying the existence of other companies, but hardly have been able to "fairly" compare when presented. Go back to the posts re: AgriPlas, Agilyx for example (who by the way has a potential client close to Niagara Falls, remember?). There was very little honest discussion in that much less "balance."

In the future, please hold other companies up to the same standards you expect from JBI.

Point out where I have not and I will revisit-- otherwise your issue is not with me.

What part of six week run was unclear to you in the CC. Look at the permissions given in the 10-Q and the 8-K and tell me that they did not do multiple week runs. The last P2O start up in New York, burned down the day it started to run tests, the DEC went over this with a fine tooth comb, no way does JBI get to operate commercially unless the processor was put through it's paces.

Does not clarify the primary issue-- remember the post when a conversation revealed the DEC felt JBI was not so forthcoming WRT feedstock?

A chink in the armour? JBI have to inspect the plastic that is used in the processor, it's in the 8-K. Having a recycling plant allows them to do this. I have to explain this part it seems. By taking free waste, they can make a profit from desirable plastic and paper, and process unwanted plastic that arrives as waste, but a lot arrives as just plastic, 8 trailers, nothing but plastic on the site right now. If the recycling plant breaks even (a profit would be nice). Then JBI can inspect, bale, and provide plastic feedstock to their processors for free. Otherwise, the inspection and sorting would add costs to the process. Did you get that. Risk???

lol-- does not require that explanation. Remember JBI was doing the Industrial Scrap low-hanging fruit? Now they will be separating post-consumer. Can't help it if you don't see the shift and the accompanying implications here. If you read the consent order and the WMP requirements combined with the leasing of the recycle facility, it appears JBI has boxed itself in a corner. They now have to create their own free plastic at no cost by expending costs associated with running a recycle facility, which by the way, you have no indications of what rate it was running. Was/Is it profitable? Does JBI now hire a Sr Exec VP Recycle Guru?

Abstract, maybe you don't understand what concrete really means. No need to sell to a refinery, this is a good thing, got that part.

Again, JBI is taking on added expenses to maximize profits after admitting obnoxious profits from just selling direct to a refinery. Sorry-- doesn't pass my "smell" test. Talk about crawl, walk, run before whole enchilada lol

and Sunoco did offer him a large bonus to stay when he left just over a week ago

Where did this little snippet come from? Can you back up this assertion?

Are you saying that this means there is something crooked going on here, why not just say it instead of implying it.

No-- I am saying to not reveal the relationships technically speaks to arms length and then to further PR the resume without including the relationship to the blending facility allows the rephrasing of the headline of a Big Oil company executive hired by JBI that adds a legitimacy with no balance (you know, that issue you have/had a few paragraphs ago?). Gone unchallenged, I can only imagine the morphing of posts into something akin to "Sunoco loves JBII" (which can be added to NJ loves Pak-it and the like).

We will continue to not agree on much, but certainly enjoy the opportunity to visit some of the issues within the framework of a certain amount of decorum smile
