King, Not embarrassing in the least. This actually helped me become more aware of the IPPS urgency and introduced me to a number of people burned by lleg along the way which enhanced my reasoning for continuing forward. I've met a lot of caring people along the way that have a tremendous voice (though they allow a dozen attorneys to speak for them) and I'm pretty much sitting back monitoring things at this point. I already know the outcome won't be bad anymore. I'm not so sure it includes you in any way, however. Nonetheless, appreciated that 1% friendship you keep giving me. I really think your wife must be influencing you or you took the course on how to win friends and influence people. I'm very very touched.
