Got this tip from somebody (re: SAEI scam ring):

Mario Aiello built the Supatcha shell from scratch, S1 and all. Mario is a fugitive from Canada hiding in Thailand. Was involved in almost every deal related to Scott Marshall since 2002. Call up Supatcha's registered attorney Gregg Jaclin (gjaclin@anslowlaw.com) and ask them if they know Mario Aiello. They have setup dozens of shells for him. Then call Don Axent, ex-president of Supatcha and ask him if he know Mario Aiello. He has worked for Mario as a front man since TAO Mineral days. He is just a mechanic in Thunder Bay, Ontario so don't be surprised if he clams up while on the phone. Call the ex-Supactcha bookkeeper Kristina at Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd., ask her if she has done work for Mario Aiello.

So I started to check it out:

This is a great message posted 3 years ago regarding Scott Marshall

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=19641299

Turns out Scott Marshall and his cohorts were officers of 3 of the 5 companies involved in the current scam ring a long time ago:

PRIMEGEN ENERGY CORP. [PGNE]

CEO, WILLIAM MARSHALL
DIRECTOR, GLEN HARDER
http://www.primegenenergy.com

PGNE: WENT FROM $1.70 TO $0.63

In the case of this company Marshal left as CEO and it went directly into the hands of a fake management team using fake PRs starting that very same month

---------------------------------------------

FIDELIS ENERGY INC. [FDEI]

CEO, WILLIAM MARSHALL
CFO, STERLING KLEIN
CONSULTANT - Robert McIntosh
CONSULTANT - David Naylor
Director - Glen Harder
Beneficial Shareholder - Sak Narwal
http://www.fidelisenergy.com

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=4343498

FDEI: WENT FROM $1.40 TO $0.02

9595 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 900, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (same address used by CLBN)

----------------------------------------------

CALIBER ENERGY INC. [CLBN]

CEO, GRAEME SCOTT
CFO, DAVID NAYLOR
BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDER - Robert McIntosh
http://www.caliberenergy.com

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=4796908

CLBN: WENT FROM $1.75 TO $0.02

9595 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 900, Beverly Hills, CA, 90212

----------------------------------------------

And they were officers in another company which Dale Bernhart also registered a domain name for (but was not active)

CASCADE ENERGY INC. [CSCE]

CEO, WILLIAM SCOTT MARSHALL
SR VP, SCOTT MARSHALL
VP, DANE BROWN
DIR Chris Foster
CFO Faisal Saleh
Beneficial Shareholder - Glen Harder
http://www.cascadeenergyinc.com

CSCE: WENT FROM $1.25 TO $0.01

9595 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 900, Beverly Hills, CA, 90212

-----------------------------------------------

All the companies have new domains since that time all registered by Dale Bernhart

primegenenergy.com is now primegenenergycorp.com

fidelisenergy.com is now fidelisenergyinc.com

caliberenergy.com is now navajowindenergy.com

cascadeenergyinc.com is now cascade-energyinc.com

-----------------------------------------------------

Coincidence? I don't think so

------------------------------------------------------

So based on the tip about who may be behind Supatcha Resources and the fact that Marshall has connections to so many other Dale Bernhart companies that were following the same exact type of scam as SAEI I have to at this point believe that Scott Marshal has some significance.

------------------------------------------------------

A lot has changed though since back when these companies were being run by the likes of Marshall and Naylor. They didn't run the companies using plagiarized management teams and plagiarized press releases back then.

Even in Supatcha's case none of that stuff started until after Axent left. Axent did work for TAO though and that company is linked to Aiello.

What I am wondering is if maybe as the person that first gave me the tip suggested - Mario Aiello owned all these shell companies and then some where along the line sold them all to the same person and that new person is the one that set up all the new scams with these companies.

They all have new websites. Maybe that's not all that is new. None of the plagiarized press releases started until after the plagiarized management teams were put in place and Marshall and his cohorts were no longer officers of the companies. Then again maybe they knew their best chance to make more money off the companies was not to be involved so that's why they made up fake people to take their places? Definitely going to require some more research.

The Attorney - Gregg E. Jaclin

He did set up Suputcha:

Other Companies Scott Marshall was connected to - Pepper Rock

Phil Kueber of Pepper Rock who sounds like he was planted their by Marshall was somebody I came across in my past research which involved Jim Dial, Joe Fullenkamp, John Jarvis, Claude Eldridge and the Adams Ranch Property.

Kueber was involved with Riverdale Capital Ltd which previous had used the Adams Ranch to pump that stock.

Immediately once arriving at Pepper Rock, Kueber used the Adams Ranch property again to pump his new stock company.

The Adams Ranch originated with Jarvis, Eldridge, and Dial who shuffled it around several companies starting with GAGI then Grifco then through all the Dial subsidiary/spin off companies.

Eventually it ended up in the hands of a Swiss company called Dominus Energy who first brought the company to Northern Explorations Ltd before passing it on to Pepper Rock.

Northern Explorations recently changed their name to High Plains Gas, Inc.

Recently while researching a mining company I came across the name Steve Lantham who had some suspicious connections to some offshore accounts. Besides Steve Lantham being involved with High Plains Gas there is also David Naylor who was involved in several of the Scott Marshall companies -

Another company that used the Adams Ranch is American Petro-Hunter under it's CEO, Robert McIntosh another from the Marshall gang - small world.

Interesting articles about Silver Star - Also mentions Sak Narwal who is allegedly terrorist linked and was a huge investor in Scott Marshall companies including Fidelis Energy and Cascade Energy

That's enough for now - I plan on continuing to explore these connections to determine if Marshall and any of his past cohorts may still stay be involved or if they just passed all these companies on to somebody else who then took stock fraud to a whole new level of stupid.

In any case I definitely have a whole new level of respect for the person that shared the tip and look forward to researching it more.
