OK bigcue...heads up. Here's some information about the Cetek Inc mystery. First of all...I googled New York Taxes paid "Cetek Technologies" and I ran across this link: http://www.dos.state.ny.us/info/register/2008/oct22/pdfs/miscellaneous.pdf DO a find for "Cetek" or go to page 120, the second item on the right and you will see that Cetek Inc. disbanded in December 2003 and then was reinstated on 06/20/2007. I am not a lawyer so my interpretation may be wrong, but you have asked the question why Cetek Inc was not listed as a subsidiary in the 15c-211 that Hilal submitted in 2005. Well..from this, it appears that there was no Cetek Inc. at the time of the filing. But there certainly is now.

Now, when I searched for Cetek Inc, I ran across Hoover'sFinancial Reports and discovered that Cetek Inc., not Cetek Technologies, is the 17th largest manufacturing firm in Poughkeepsie by sales and the 19th largest by employees: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:bfKbkGZKY4MJ:www.hoovers.com/companyindex/New_York/Poughkeepsie/Manufacturing-1.html+Cetek+Technologies+New+york+taxes+paid&cd=16&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us While Hoovers does not provide sales figures, it does provide employee numbers, and Cetek Inc lists 37 employees, inckuding 25 in Poughkeepsie and Cetek Technologies lists 2 employees. http://www.hoovers.com/company/Cetek_Inc/xfyrstjjh-1.html I was previously told there were 12 employees at Hybrid-Tek in New Jersey and given DannyD's observations of the number of cars in the Cetek parking lot, the number seems about right to me.

The Hoovers information could be outdated or simply wrong, but if there really are 37 employees at Cetek Inc and 2 at Cetek technologies, then you're probably talking about $2 million in salaries plus benefits. I saw a link where a ceramics design engineer was hired at Cetek in 2001 with a starting salary of $91,333 and there were several other ceramics engineers with offers of $45k hired along the way. So I'm not sure what to make of the Cetek Inc situation, but maybe this will provide a starting point for some further research.
