We need a budget developed for the fleet action. One bus should be able to do at least 4 branches a day. 2,200 branches; That's 550 branch-days. If we break that down into 6 buses, all 2,200 branches could be "visited" in about 91 days, or 3 months.

Three months is what it would take to do the job right. That gives even the slow poke media time to get on the story.
