The logistics of more than one sponsor would be interesting to work out as there are several obvious arrangements to be considered ...

Providing the incentive for the creditors.

The advantage of the NOLs.

The emerging company profile and sponsor(s) participation.

I accept that there are more than likely more than one sponsors and all the behind the scenes activity: directing and coordinating would be quite complicated. Some entities were buying up those shares at $.30 and $.40 ferociously which seems to confirm their existence.

We on the Board had surveyed a bit of 6M shares and if all had reported and of course individual shareholders exist beyond iHub, then perhaps we have 10M to 12M or 20%. Certainly sympathetic to and aligned with any sponsor(s) who insure survival.

The Jan 31 exclusivity date dictates the maximum waiting time.
