We know there were two plan sponsors very interested in CORS reported in June's docs. Nothing has changed since then. All tax laws which established the value of the NOLS have been carried over. So has the capital gains tax issues. What made CORS valuble in 2009 still exists today. The plan sponsor is not late, nor is he having second thoughts. This has been his timing all along.
