I also think that the BOD did not just pull the date of "Close of business on 1-12-11" out of the air, for the dividend date. The appeal starts the next day at 2:00. I am holding, and the only reason I would even consider any other position would be if I was on margin, which I am not. To me that date is a very clear signal.
