I don't believe it because it is not true. It is a complete and utter fantasy. None of what you said has any possibility of being true under existing laws and regulations. No way. Plus, to date, nothing has been submitted to the SEC at all. You cannot get approval from the SEC without submitting the paperwork..........

Let me ask you this - what is the name of the auditor and when did they perform the audit? And, since there is no actual share count of outstanding shares, how were financial statement prepared in order to be audited in the first place?

I can go on and on for pages which would continue to demonstrate your claims are pure fantasy.
