At this time I only know that they are going to try to be trading sometime in (maybe mid Febuary) if all goes well. It all depends how fast the paperwork goes thur. New officers need to send in new paperwork for the State and SEC and take-off the old names of Owen and his group. SEC needs NEW paperwork etc. Checking out ALL the shares again, No 3rd party shares are not allowed. There is alot of things to do and trying to do it RIGHT. So far things look VERY GOOD, because assets are there and in place. Everybody will be getting the account statement etc. soon. That has been talk about on the calls. BUT I not going into details at the high levels. I also know people in VERY high places and not going down that road. You would not believe it anyway.
