Spencer Pharmaceutical (SPPH)

FYI: Yesterday, I went to the Boston address given by SPPH..(not far from my work). It is on the 3rd floor of a shopping mall. The 3rd floor is comprised of many executive offices. I was greeted professionally by a receptionist. I told I did not find Spencer Pharmaceutical on the directory inside the elevator lobby on the 1st floor; that I was an investor, and that I wanted to see their office...to see if they are in fact IN Boston. She told me I would not be allowed to see their office...but that they are here...just nobody at the moment. (the same answer was given to me over the phone last month)...I was given a view of the coffee room and then asked if there was anything else.

I wonder why would they not be listed on the directory, and why was I not allowed to see their office?
