You raise an issue I am quite curious about.

As the original Monk FLD theory was espoused, it was designed to screw over the Market Makers. Essentially the "team" would buy up 100%+ of the float and the MM's would short the stock as part of the market making functions.

One of the obvious flaws in this theory is the existence of significant restricted shares that can be unrestricted and put on the market as the FLD attempt drives up prices, but that is a digression.

Still, none of the claims of "NSS" started until this stock (and the other FLD plays) started their decline. Hence the feeling that a pattern is repeating itself. Whether or not NSS really exists in Pink Sheets stocks, the cries of "NSS" always seem to go up whenever a huge run-up reverses itself and once enthusiastic shareholders are facing 90%+ losses on their investment.
