The first judgement is whether the deep diver has merit better than another investment.

I fully agree Tom, but my question (or "idea for testing") was will the performance suffer, or will it improve?

Assuming that the deep diver recovers eventually, will the performance be enhanced by restarting AIM at a lower level, or would it be better to leave it as is?
